We held our annual meeting in October out by one of the fire ponds.  As usual, there was very good attendance from the lot owners and a lively conversation.  Here are a few pictures from the event.

We held our annual meeting in October out by one of the fire ponds.  As usual, there was very good attendance from the lot owners and a lively conversation.   In addition to the Treasurer's Report and the re-election of board members, the main topics at the meeting were:

# Bear Guidelines to make the community less attractive to Black Bears.

# Promoting St. John’s Peak to potential buyers.

# Using the South Kent Oil Coop.

Addressing the few lot owners with annual association fees in arrears.

The potential of getting the School Bus to come up and through St. John's Peak.
